• Die nietigverklaring en diskwalifisering van die 667 huishoudings en die Koegas eiendomsvereningskomitee wie nie die wettigheid en die ware Koegas grondeis van die Huis van die Griekwas van Griekwaland Wes reflekteer nie / The nul and viod declaring of the 667 households and the Koegas Communal Property Association’s committee who does not represent the valid Koegas land claim of the House of the Griquas of Griqualand West.
• Die publisering deur die Koegas Volmag Komitee van die wettige begunstigdes van die Koegas grondeis soos voor ge – eis deur Mnr Barend C van Staden, nou van Wyk namens die Huis van die Griekwas van Griekwaland vir Griekwa, Korana en San gemeenskappe in die DFA (Diamond Fields Advertiser) op die 28 Augustus 2011 / The publication in the Diamond Fields Advertiser (DFA) on the 28 August 2011 by the Koegas Power of Attorney Committee of the valid beneficiaries of the Koegas land claim as been lodged by Mr Barend C van Staden, now van Wyk on behalf of the House of the Griquas of Griqualand West for Griqua, Korana and San communities.

CHALLENGES / UITDAGINGS

• Land Claims: The Commission on Land Restitution in South Africa deals and settles claims of the House of the Griquas of Griqualand West (V422), but do not gave the land back to the communities  who originally did claim the land; for e.g. The House of the Griquas as on organization has claim land been lodged by Mnr Barend C van Wyk on behalf of Griqua, Korana and San communities, whereby land (Koegas) has been restored by the Commission on the Restitution of Land Rights on behalf of Coloureds, and Tswana and Xhosa speaking people.
• Asbestos Question – that various mining dumps and shalf has not been rehabilitated / die Asbes Vraagstuk dat daar nog baie mynhope nie rehabiliteer is nie en dat daar nog oop mynskagte is.                                        
  


The neutralization of the invalid claimants, migrant workers and those households that has left Koegas voluntarily before and with the closure of the Koegas Cape Blue Asbestos Mines in 1978 / Die uitskakeling van die onwettige aanspraakmakers, seisoenwerkers en daardie huishoudings wat Koegas voor en tydens die toemaak van die Koegas Cape Blue Asbesmyne vrywilliglik verlaat het.

• En die huisgesinne wie op ander plekke en dorpe ook ge – eis het en nou by die Koegas grondeis ook ge – akkommodeer wil word.

The repair and upgrading of boreholes, fences, windmills and infrastructures / Die herstel van boorgate, windpompe, grensdrade en infrastructure.
